What Vexiia is
A platform that lets service businesses connect their WhatsApp Business number and put an artificial intelligence agent in charge of appointments: replying to contacts, booking, rescheduling, cancelling and sending reminders. Staff at the business can take over the conversation at any moment.
The connection is made through the official Embedded Signup flow of Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Vexiia uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business platform.
The agent does not give diagnoses or medical advice: it handles administrative information.
